Terms of service

The short version: use the audit on sites you’re authorized to scan, results are automated assessments, and we don’t guarantee rankings or citations — because nobody honestly can.

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Elyxeon AI, the free website intelligence audit, trial accounts, and the client workspace. Elyxeon AI is operated by Caliber Innovations, South Florida, USA (“we”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. The free audit

  • The audit is an automated assessment of publicly accessible pages. It fetches your homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, and sitemap.xml and scores them against the checks published on our method page.
  • Only submit domains you own or are authorized to assess.
  • Results are provided “as is.” Automated checks can produce false positives and false negatives; the method page documents known limits.
  • Audit sessions expire after roughly one hour; run a fresh scan if yours has expired.

3. No guarantees of rankings or citations

We do not promise — and these terms supersede any statement you may read as promising — any particular search ranking, citation, recommendation, traffic level, or revenue outcome. Search and answer engines are third-party systems we do not control. Our commitments are to the specific deliverables in a written engagement scope and to honest measurement of results.

4. Client workspace

  • Workspace accounts may be created through an eligible self-service trial or provisioned by us for an engagement. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Each client’s data is isolated to that client’s account memberships.
  • We may suspend accounts used in a way that threatens the service or other clients’ data.

5. Acceptable use

  • No scanning of third-party sites you have no authority over.
  • No attempts to probe, overload, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • No submitting content that is unlawful or that you lack rights to.

6. Intellectual property

The site, audit engine, and workspace software are ours. Reports and deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are yours once paid for. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from use of the free site and audit is limited to $100, and for paid engagements to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. You may stop using the service at any time; engaged clients’ termination rights are set in their engagement agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
