Who we are

Elyxeon AI is operated by Caliber Innovations (“we”) from South Florida, USA. Questions or requests about your data: info@caliberinnovations.com.

What we collect, and why

Free audit

  • The website address you submit. We fetch that site’s public pages to run the audit. Audit results are stored under a random identifier for up to 1 hour so your session can unlock the fix list, then expire automatically.
  • A short-lived, hashed record of your connection used only for rate limiting (roughly 10–15 minutes). We do not build profiles from it.

Fix-list request (lead form)

  • Name, email, optional phone, and business name, together with the audited domain and score. We store this durably so we can follow up about your audit — which is the purpose you submitted it for.

Client workspace

  • Trial and account details — name, email, organization name, website domain, a salted password hash (we never store plaintext passwords), trial dates, and session records. Signing in sets a session cookie that expires after 7 days.
  • Client work records — audits, tasks, content, measurements, and an activity history that notes which account made each change.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The workspace sets one strictly necessary session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict) after you sign in.

Where data lives

The site runs on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers KV, and D1). Data is processed and stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, primarily in the United States.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • We do not share your information except with the infrastructure providers above, or if the law requires it.

Your choices

Email info@caliberinnovations.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Lead records and workspace accounts are deleted on request unless we need them to complete work you’ve engaged us for.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
